Pear Ginger G&T  Recipe

Serves 1

This drink is perfect for the summer-fall transition—it’s light on the palate, but the combination of our black currant and thyme gin with pear liqueur, pear nectar, and fresh ginger creates a subtly fruity, warming flavor profile that pairs just right with cooling temperatures and turning leaves. 

Bottoms up, it’s officially fall!

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Gin Recipe 02 (black currant and thyme)

½ oz Mathilde Pear Liqueur or similar pear liqueur

2 oz pear nectar

1 thin slice fresh ginger root, no need to peel it

¼ oz lime juice

Tonic water to taste

Fill a Collins glass with ice and double strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with a few ounces of tonic water and serve!

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker except the tonic water, top with ice, and shake well until very cold.
